Positive: perfect place for a nice relaxing beach stay. easy walking distance to both really nice beaches which are good for swimming and surfing. small kitchen that is well equipped to cook with. Nubia the host is very nice and helpful! she helped us get to a doctors clinic in Rivas. also the cat and dog are so lovely and are great company when reading a book. we loved staying here and would definitely come back when in Nicaragua
